0 GA-945GZM-S2 turns on after shutdown.

Every time you shutdown your computer, it turns back on 4-5 seconds later. 
You probably have checked all the Wake On settings in the BIOS. 
Maybe even updated to the newest BIOS, but still no help :).
Fixing this is quite easy - change CMOS battery. That's all.
