Error Code: 0xC8000247 , 0x0070422 (Can't install updates)
Solution 1.
Start->RUN->Services
In services, look for service Windows Update.
Enable it and start as a service.
Solution 2.
If You are using notebook with with hard drive larger than 700 GB,
update Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver.
