0 Keyboard acts like the CTRL key is stuck.

Symptoms :  for no particular reason , keyboard is acting like CTRL key is pressed. For example, if you try to type Alarm , all text is selected. if you try to type Problem - most of programs will offer to you Print option.








Solution : Press both CTRL keys on your keyboard 2x times.

The same fix is , if your ALT or WIN keys are "stuck".
